	PR target/41605
	* config/darwin.h (LINK_COMMAND_SPEC): Resolve fopenmp specifically
	for target.
	(LINK_SPEC): Replace dynamic libraries by static equivalents where
	necessary.
	* config/darwin9.h (LINK_COMMAND_SPEC): Resolve fopenmp specifically
	for target.
