	PR tree-optimization/47056
	* cgraphbuild.c (mark_address): Remove ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED markers.
	(mark_load): Likewise.  Handle FUNCTION_DECL specially.
	(mark_store): Likewise.  Pass STMT to ipa_record_reference.
