	inliner hack.
	* config/sh/sh.c: Replace rtx_equal_function_value_matters
	with currently_expanding_to_rtl.
	* config/sh/sh.md: Likewise.
	* config/ia64/ia64.c (got_symbolic_operand): Likewise.
