	VERSION_SPECIFIC_LIBS and --with-gxx-include-dir.

	(glibcppinstalldir): Adjust.
	* libsupc++/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* Makefile.am: Remove gxx_include_dir. Remove INCLUDE.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* docs/configopts.html: Add descriptions of flags.
