(Validity Checking): Fix typo "NaNs" instead of "NaN's".  Do not
use @code for IEEE.
* gnat_rm.texi (Aggregates with static bounds): Fix typo in code
sample.
* gnat_rm.texi, gnat_ugn.texi: Fix typos.  Bump copyright years.
