	* configure.ac: Add memmem to list of functions provided if they
	are not available on the host.
	* Makefile.in: Rebuild dependencies.
	(CFILES): Add memmem.c.
	(CONFIGURED_OFILES): Add memmem.o.
	* configure, config.in, functions.texi: Rebuild.
