	(bind_template_template_parm): ... here.  Remove the case when
	NEWARGS is NULL_TREE.
	(copy_tree_r): Don't copy TEMPLATE_TEMPLATE_PARM and
	BOUND_TEMPLATE_TEMPLATE_PARM.
	* pt.c (lookup_template_class): Adjust.
