	* libsupc++/new_op.cc: Remove malloc forward declaration, as
	cstdlib brings it in. Use std::malloc.

	* src/Makefile.am (sources): Remove cmath.cc.
	* src/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* src/cmath.cc: Remove.
