* md.texi (Simple Constraints): Add item about whitespace.
	* genoutput.c (strip_whitespace): New.
	(scan_operands) [MATCH_OPERAND, MATCH_SCRATCH]: Call
	strip_whitespace for constraints.
	Test pointer using NULL, not 0.
