	* ira-lives.c (remove_some_program_points_and_update_live_ranges,
	ira_compress_allocno_live_ranges): New functions.

	* ira-build.c (ira_flattening): Call
	ira_compress_allocno_live_ranges.
	(ira_build): Ditto.
