A BOZ constant can not appear as a component inialiser for a derived
type.

gcc/fortran/ChangeLog:

	* decl.c (variable_decl): If param and initializer check
	for BOZ, if found,  output an error, set m to MATCH_ERROR
	and goto cleanup.
