	Revert:
	* config/mips/t-linux64 (MULTILIB_OSDIRNAMES): Change to use
	mapping style, add ../lib/mips16.
	(MULTILIB_OPTIONS,MULTILIB_DIRNAMES): Add mips16.
	(MULTILIB_EXCLUSIONS): Exclude mips16 when not -mabi=32.
