	* configure.ac: Remove --with_host_libstdcxx support.
	* configure: Regenerate.

	* doc/install.texi: Remove --with_host_libstdcxx item.  Update
	--with-stage1-libs, --with-boot-ldflags and --with-boot-libs items
	accordingly.  Mention default for --with-stage1-ldflags.
