	* cfgrtl.c (purge_dead_edges) [JUMP_INSN]: Rematerialize the
	EDGE_ABNORMAL flag for EH edges.
	* toplev.c (rest_of_handle_cse): Delete unreachable blocks
	if dead edges were purged.
