This got changed to 'attribute_hidden' in r271128, but it's not actually used
outside of 'libgomp/target.c'.

	libgomp/
	* target.c (gomp_unmap_tgt): Make it 'static'.
	* libgomp.h (gomp_unmap_tgt): Remove.
