	* Makefile.in (GCC_LINK): Remove quotes.
	(tools targets): Link with either $(GNATLINK) --GCC="$(GCC_LINK)"
	or $(GCC_LINK).

	(powerpc-darwin): Pass -shared-libgcc when building shared library.
