	* asan.c (ATTR_TMPURE_NOTHROW_LEAF_LIST,
	ATTR_TMPURE_NORETURN_NOTHROW_LEAF_LIST): Define.
	* sanitizer.def: Make __asan_report_* and __asan_handle_no_return
	builtins tm pure.
