	(_Hashtable<>::operator=(const _Hashtable&)): Use latter.
	(_Hashtable<>::_M_move_assign(_Hashtable&&, false_type)): Likewise.
	* testsuite/23_containers/unordered_set/allocator/move_assign.cc
	(test03): New.
