	* config/vms/t-vms64: Removed.
	* config/vms/t-vms (VMS_EXTRA_PARTS): Uncomment it.  Remove DECC.
	Use $(GCC_FOR_TARGET) to build pcrt0.o and vcrt0.o
	* config.gcc (alpha-dec-vms): Use t-vms.
