Those tools need a dedicated repository as they're VxWorks specific and
not related with the Ada front-end.

	* vxaddr2line.adb, vxlink-bind.adb, vxlink-bind.ads,
	vxlink-link.adb, vxlink-link.ads, vxlink-main.adb, vxlink.adb,
	vxlink.ads: Remove.
	* gcc-interface/Make-lang.in, gcc-interface/Makefile.in: Remove
	bits for vxaddr2line.
