	* langhooks.c (lhd_begin_section): Set SECTION_EXCLUDE flag.
	* varasm.c (default_elf_asm_named_section): Guard SECTION_EXCLUDE with
	ifdef HAVE_GAS_SECTION_EXCLUDE.
