	and add mabi=64.
	(DRIVER_SELF_SPECS): Make -n32 the default on mips64* archs.
	* config/mips/t-mti-linux (MULTILIB_OPTIONS): Change order.
	(MULTILIB_DIRNAMES): Ditto.
	(MULTILIB_EXCEPTIONS): New.
