	* configure.ac: Create template for PACKAGE and VERSION.
	Update comment on how to regenerate file.  Update minimum
	automake version to 1.9.3.
	* acconfig.h: Remove PACKAGE and VERSION.
	* aclocal.m4, configure, Makefile.in, po/Makefile.in,
	src/Makefile.in, include/Makefile.in, libmath/Makefile.in,
	testsuite/Makefile.in, config.h.in: Regenerate.
