	gnatname.adb: Minor reformatting
	Add 2005 to copyright output when utility is run

	* csets.adb: Eliminate obsolete comment

	* debug.adb, g-socket.ads, i-cobol.adb: Minor reformatting throughout
	Update comments.

	* sem_eval.ads (Eval_Integer_Literal): Do not inline this, not useful.
