	* gnatcmd.adb (Rules_Switches): New table
	(Add_To_Rules_Switches): New procedure
	(GNATCmd): For command CHECK, put all options following "-rules" in the
	Rules_Switches table. Append these -rules switches after the -cargs
	switches.
