	* tree-ssa-loop-ivcanon.c (canonicalize_induction_variables): Do
	not free niter estimates at the beginning but at the end.
	* tree-scalar-evolution.c (scev_finalize): Free niter estimates.

	* gcc.dg/graphite/pr81090.c: New testcase.
