	* parse.y (TYPENAME): Rename as tTYPENAME to avoid the clash with
	decl.h's TYPENAME.
	* spew.c, lex.c: Adjust.
	* parse.y (explicit_instantiation): Add empty action to override
	the default $$ = $1 where it introduces a type clash.
