	* gigi.h (type_for_nonaliased_component_p): Declare.
	* utils.c (type_for_nonaliased_component_p): New predicate.
	(create_field_decl): Invoke the above predicate to set the
	DECL_NONADDRESSABLE_P flag on the field.
