gcc/testsuite/

	* gcc.dg/tree-ssa/ssa-thread-14.c (dg-options): Use
	logical_op_short_circuit to skip targets.
	(dg-additional-options): Don't pass -mbranch-cost=2 for MIPS, AVR
	and s390.
