	(cp_parser_statement):  Rename locaal variable statement_locus to
	statement_location and use SET_EXPR_LOCATION macro.
	* pt.c:  Handle USE_MAPPED_LOCATION case.  Use new macros.
	* tree.c (cp_walk_subtrees):  Likewise.
