	GOMP_OFFLOAD_openacc_exec.  Adjust all users.

	GOMP_OFFLOAD_openacc_cuda_get_current_device.  Adjust all users.
	(GOMP_OFFLOAD_openacc_get_current_cuda_context): Rename to
	GOMP_OFFLOAD_openacc_cuda_get_current_context.  Adjust all users.
