	* tree-eh.c (cleanup_empty_eh_merge_phis): Add check to
	avoid creating duplicate edges here.
	(cleanup_empty_eh_unsplit): And remove it in the caller.

	* gfortran.dg/gomp/pr51089.f90: New test.
