* gcc.c (cpp_options): Set MD file name from output
        filename, if specified.
        (suffix_subst): New static variable.
        (do_spec): Clear it.
        (do_spec_1, case '.'): Handle new `%.suffix' spec.
        Clear it.
        (give_switch): Handle suffix_subst.
