PR debug/47283
	* cfgexpand.c (expand_debug_expr): Instead of generating
	(mem (debug_implicit_ptr)) for MEM_REFs use COMPONENT_REF
	etc. handling.

	* g++.dg/debug/pr47283.C: New test.
