	provided, on Windows change all '/' to '\'.

	* fmap.ads, fmap.adb (Remove_Forbidden_File_Name): Remove, no longer
	used. Minor comment changes

	* prj-nmsc.adb: Do not call Fmap.Add_Forbidden_File_Name or
	Remove_Forbidden_File_Name.
