* tree-parloops.c (separate_decls_in_region_debug_bind): Drop debug
	stmts setting DEBUG_EXPR_DECLs.

	* cfgexpand.c (expand_debug_expr): Ignore zero-length bitfields.
	Don't crash if mode1 is VOIDmode.
