        * Makefile.tpl (BUILD_CONFIGARGS): Include --with-build-subdir.
	(TARGET_CONFIGARGS): Include --with-target-subdir.
	(configure, all): New macros.  Use them throughout.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
