	* lto-opts.c (lto_write_options): Output non-explicit conservative
	-fwrapv, -fno-trapv and -fno-strict-overflow.
	* lto-wrapper.c (merge_and_complain): Handle merging those options.
	(run_gcc): And pass them through.
