	* trans-array.c (gfc_conv_expr_descriptor): Use 'use_offset'
	as a trigger to unconditionally recalculate the offset for

	trans-stmt.c (trans_associate_var): Ditto.
	(gfc_conv_procedure_call): Ditto.
