When reporting a problem, please include the following:    
1. ABC version
2. Linux distribution and version
3. 32-bit or 64-bit
4. The exact error message when trying to run the tool
5. The output of the 'ldd' command run on the exeutable (e.g. 'ldd abc').
6. Versions of relevant tools or packages used.
