	PR tree-optimization/37305
	* tree-ssa-ccp.c (ccp_fold): Do not set TREE_OVERFLOW on
	the result of constant conversions.
	(fold_gimple_assign): Likewise.

	* gcc.c-torture/compile/pr37305.c: New testcase.
