	* configure.in (AM_CONFIG_HEADER):  Also generate testsuite_hooks.h.
	Call GLIBCPP_CONFIGURE_TESTSUITE.
	* aclocal.m4:  Regenerate.

	* testsuite/lib/libstdc++-v3-dg.exp:  Download new header instead
