Options

configure.in: Add --enable-libssp and --disable-libssp. 

	* configure.in: Add --enable-libssp and --disable-libssp.
	* configure: Regenerate with autoconf-2.13.

	* gcc/doc/install.texi (--disable-libssp): New.
