aclocal.m4 (gcc_AC_PROG_GNAT): Don't try to prepend ${ac_tool_prefix} to ADAC or CC. 

* aclocal.m4 (gcc_AC_PROG_GNAT): Don't try to prepend
${ac_tool_prefix} to ADAC or CC.  Protect them from word
splitting.
* configure: Rebuilt.
