* arm.h (ARM_NUM_INTS, ARM_NUM_REGS, ARM_NUM_REGS2): Renamed from
NUM_INTS, NUM_REGS and ARM_NUM_REGS2 respectively.  All uses changed.
* arm.c: Similarly.
