	* config/avr/avr-c.c: Do not include regs.h.
	Include cpplib.h for cpp_define and tree.h for c-common.h.
	* config/avr/avr-devices.c (avr_mcu_types): Fix initializer.
	* config/avr/t-avr: Fix dependencies for avr-c.o.
