configure.in (build_xm_file): Add auto-config.h if host=build.

* configure.in (build_xm_file): Add auto-config.h if host=build.
(host_xm_file_list): Don't add $(srcdir) to auto-config.h.
(build_xm_file_list): Likewise.
* configure: Rebuild.
