Fix documentation of the new parameters.

	* doc/invoke.texi: Fix documentation of graphite-max-nb-scop-params,
	graphite-max-bbs-per-function, and loop-block-tile-size.
	* params.def (PARAM_GRAPHITE_MAX_NB_SCOP_PARAMS): Replace "maximal"
	with "maximum".
	(PARAM_GRAPHITE_MAX_BBS_PER_FUNCTION): Same.
