Options

Makefile.in (gcc_tooldir): Move before first reference. 

        * Makefile.in (gcc_tooldir): Move before first reference.
        Let autoconf substitute in a value.
        * configure.in (gcc_tooldir): Only use a relative path to the
        tool directory if $exec_prefix == $prefix.
        * configure: Rebuilt.
