badalloc1.C (arena_size): New.

        * g++.old-deja/g++.eh/badalloc1.C (arena_size): New.
        (arena): Use it.
        (malloc): Correct allocation logic.  Abort if we fill up the
        arena before initialization complete.
        (realloc): Correct allocation logic.
